Anne Harding Woodworth in April

The Guilford Poets Guild presents poet Anne Harding Woodworth for a poetry reading at the GuilfScreen Shot 2016-03-14 at 3.48.14 PMord Free Library, 67 Park Avenue, Guilford on Thursday, April 14 , 7 p.m. There is an open mic 7-7:30 p.m. and refreshments are served.

Anne Harding Woodworth’s fifth book of poetry is Unattached Male (Poetry Salzburg, 2014). She is the author of four chapbooks, and her poetry, essays, and reviews are published in literary journals at home and abroad, in print and online. A selection of poems from her forthcoming chapbook The Last Gun has just been awarded the 2015-16 COG Poetry Award. She grew up in New Jersey, spent summers on a farm in New York, went to Smith College, and ended up in Detroit (after Athens and Frankfurt) before moving to Washington, D.C., where she is a member of the Poetry Board of the Folger Shakespeare Library.
